Benivo: Expense Management
Benivo now offers fully automated expense management at no additional cost, all available in a single platform.

Employee platform experience
First, employees learn what expenses are accepted within their policy. Policies are fully customisable so Benivo will ensure wording mirrors existing documentation for consistency and clarity.
Employees can view the status of previously uploaded expenses and submit new requests.
Employees upload a photo of their receipt, validate the details and click submit. Reimbursement can be instant if the request meets the predefined policy, or an approval step can be added.
Employer platform experience
Review and (optionally) approve all employee expenses in the Costs tab of your Management Platform.

Implementation
Implementation is quick and easy. We can set up multiple policies and for each we require:
- Employee facing policy summary wording
- Maximum expenses budget, if applicable
- Office locations(s) and/or populations the policy applies to
- Whether you would like expenses to be auto-approved if they are within policy, or if you would like to manually approve
- Confirmation on optional restrictions: who expenses can be for, the types of expenses authorised and limitations over payment methods
