I’m excited to welcome Brian Friedman to Benivo as Strategy Director. Brian has an unparalleled experience, reputation, and knowledge in Mobility and HR, including leading HR practice at EY and founding the Forum for Expatriate Management (FEM).
Brian will actively lead Benivo's strategy to form partnerships and collaboration in the industry, and to ensure that we deliver on our mission to make every employee welcome.
Among the immediate goals will be to position Benivo as an add-on to Relocation Management Companies (RMCs) and traditional solutions, rather than as an alternative, and to focus on improving the employee experience of early career, new hires, graduates, interns, contact centre, health care staff, hotels’ staff, and IT consultants.
Brian will not help us provide consultancy services to clients. This is not on our road map or on the company vision. We do not plan to provide Global Mobility or Policy consulting. We are 100% focus on our mission to make every employee welcome, without breaking the budget.
In the last year Benivo delivered an average of 50% increase in the employee experience NPS (Net Promoter Score) for its clients including Vodafone, Google, Bloomberg, and Hertz, without breaking the budget.
