To understand the factors influencing staffing levels and offer a valuable benchmarking tool for organizations planning their global mobility resources.
The staffing landscape for global mobility is complex and influenced by multiple factors, most notably the volume and complexity of moves. The survey results underscore the significant role of technology and automation in managing global mobility programs. Over half of the companies report moderate use of these tools, revealing an ongoing transition and remarkably, companies with a high level of technology adoption, representing just over 9% of responses, often have more FTEs, indicating a potential correlation between technology integration and program volume and complexity.
