Benivo invites you to complete a brief pulse survey focused on employee-initiated mobility policies and practices. Responses are welcome from mobility program managers from any company, including those not currently supporting employee-initiated moves*.
*A brief definition for level-setting: an employee-initiated or self-initiated move includes any scenario of an employee taking the initiative to relocate to a new work (in office) or remote (permanent or hybrid) location, either domestically or internationally. In the context of employer mobility benefits, an employee-initiated move may be supported by the employer through various policies and programs that provide assistance with the logistical and financial aspects of the relocation.
