Careful planning to have the right workers with the required skills available across locations enables agile decision-making in responding to project needs. For example, Fragomen helped a client improve graduate visa approval rates from 58% to over 90% in one year. Robust workforce planning also benefits employer brand and talent retention.
Travel-Ready Populations
Understanding which employees already have valid immigration statuses or can qualify for faster processing equips companies to mobilize groups rapidly. This is especially crucial with tightening border restrictions globally. Maintaining accurate visa/work permit data facilitates quick decision-making when urgent project travel is required.
