BGRS continues to expand its portfolio of employee self-sufficiency digital offerings designed to create a flexible customer experience that meets the needs of multi-generational mobile employees. The latest is a new partnership with Benivo, a leader in digital destination solutions for relocating employees, BGRS is adding to its technology-enabled ecosystem to support talent acquisition.
The new offering provides a customized welcome experience, including information on location-specific housing, best practices and peer-to-peer social insights for thousands of global locations. “In an environment of broadening assignment types BGRS is adopting new and emerging technologies,” says John Arcario, BGRS, Global Head of Strategy. “We see a consumerization of benefits delivery trends underway where mobile employees want flexible options in how they utilize services – and BGRS is responding with a suite of digital support tools.” Arcario pointed to the new welcome support package as a perfect solution for the growing population of employees moving outside of traditional relocation packages including
