The purpose of this survey was to glean insights into mobility benefits applied to permanent/indefinite and local-plus transfers and temporary (long and short-term) assignments. Gathering responses from 41 companies across various sectors, the goal goal was to understand how these organizations manage their mobility programs, gauge their
outlook on the opportunities and challenges impacting the programs, and uncover trends in the year ahead.
Some key findings include:
- A strong desire for more flexibility in their mobility programs, allowing for tailored benefit packages and individualized support.
- Interest in adopting new technology platforms for more efficient management
of the relocation process, with a moderate satisfaction rate for current tools. - The need for updating and modernizing policies to better align with current global mobility trends and employee expectations.
