In April and May of 2024, Benivo conducted a series of interviews and surveys of mobility professionals from a select group of leading technology companies to understand the scope and variety of mobility support offered to their interns.
This project aimed to gather insights into the practices and challenges big tech firms face in managing internship mobility, focusing on the benefits provided, administrative hurdles, and the evolving needs of diverse intern populations. The 11 participating companies shared detailed information about their respective internship programs including eligibility criteria, the types of support offered, and the intersection of internship strategies with environmental and DE&I goals.
